Is your well a candidate?

The one precondition is a positive skin factor on the target interval. To evaluate a well, useful data includes:

· Type of formation to be cleaned (lithology) & well-log data
· Spinner survey or production profile, if available
· Core analysis, if available
· Perforation intervals — and the interval(s) to be cleaned, if known
· API gravity of the produced oil & its viscosity
· Formation pressure and current bottomhole pressure
· Oil, water and gas rates for the last 1.5–2 years
· Fluid level in the producing well
· Injection rate and pressure (for injection wells)
· Type of downhole equipment installed
